Shipping Terms & Conditions

We offer free shipping to Canada & US with orders over $100

Items are shipped within 3 days of your placed order via Canada Post, and will usually be delivered within 3-10 business days.

**International Orders (OUTSIDE OF CANADA & USA): Orders can take between 4-6 weeks to arrive. Thirteen Organics is not responsible for any customs delays, fees or taxes that may be incurred upon arrival to the destination country.

All online sales are final, however if you have any issues or are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us and we will do our best to make you happy!
